The Art Circle provides a vibrant platform for local artists to connect, collaborate, and support each other through exhibitions, events, and ongoing conversations around artistic practice. Shortly after joining, Nasim attended one of The Art Circle’s art social and networking evenings, held at The Raven Bath Library. The event proved to be a special evening filled with thoughtful presentations and lively discussion. Many well-established artists, based in Bath, gathered to connect over shared creativity.

The evening featured presentations by four talented artists:

Amy Prescott (Instagram/ @amyeliza_illustrations) shared her nature-inspired illustrations, often sketched en plein air and transformed into beautiful prints using ink, watercolour, and digital editing. She also spoke about her approach to Instagram marketing and keeping her work accessible through affordable pricing.

Christine Mckenzie (Instagram/ @christine_mckenzie_art) took the group on a visual journey through her large-scale paintings inspired by travel, from architectural scenes to tropical beaches. She offered insights into balancing art with a day job, finding her audience, and staying committed to painting through highs and lows.
